These photos cover the 2007 Kendall Square Farmer's Market, held in front of the Genzyme building in Kendall Square on Thursdays from 11:30-2:30 from August thru October. Along with vendors of great food and crafts are musical performers of various flavors at the nearby performance shed and outdoor patio, which doubles as the ice rink in winter, which I featured in my "Cold Lake" gallery.

These shots were taken over multiple sessions of the Farmer's Market, and I feel that they pushed my photography using natural/available light forward and advanced it a great deal. The majority of these are shot with the Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 lens, which calls for exacting sharpness and great colors in nearly any scenario the photographer can offer it. Furthermore, they gave me a great theme to shoot: food photography. This also ties in well with my stock photography activities.
